One Rockwell

One Rockwell is the signature project of Rockwell Land inside Rockwell Center, the finest lifestyle and residential enclave in Makati. Dubbed “Your Own Villa in the Sky”, it comprises two towers with the most groundbreaking building design that permanently changed Makati’s landscape. An excellent location for urbanites, it rises on the block of the Rockwell Information Center, with its own private underground access to Powerplant Mall, the most upscale shopping mall in the city, and close to the Ateneo Graduate School and office hi-rises. The owner and architect were able to eliminate membrane waterproofing in the swimming pool structure, by incorporating the Cementaid 3CC System of hydrophobic, pore blocked reinforced concrete. This decision also means that the structural concrete will last the design life of the structure, without corrosion or maintenance of the concrete itself.
