This is a 3 level basement retail project and the duration of completion for this job is just 20 months. Cementaid entered into this job knowing that it is going to be a great challenge both in terms of the constraint on site and the lead time. In this project, more than 12,000m3 of 3CC concrete has been cast at the B3 Slab only. The raft foundation thickness is ranging from 2m – 2.5m thick and our 3CC is only used on the top 600mm only. This design has saved the users not only time, but also lots of money to achieve a leak proof slab. At the end of the day, Cementaid has delivered a wonderful job to the satisfaction of users.
