Residential Development with 2 Levels Basement using Aquapel to the wall & slab. 3CC to Suspended swimming pool and deck. As budget issue, Main Contractor has push for Aquapel system, as a results, our site Supervisor has to work closely with the Main Contractor on the compaction and curing of the concrete to ensure that all were in order to minimise all possible seepages. Efforts on membrane curing were strongly recommended by us and we have also throw in the demould timing and construction joints handling. Another good achivement by the team work which follows by another project from the same Contractor and Developer in Grange Road.
