This building houses BHEUU (Bahagian Hal Ehwal Undang-Undang) Jabatan Perdana Menteri i.e. Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister’s Department is situated at Precinct 3, Federal Government Administrative Centre, Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. Cementaid’s Diamite case-hardener and dust-proofer was used to treat this project’s 3 level basement car park with a total area of 23,419m2. Diamite is a clear light blue water based liquid. The active ingredients are a blend of metallic silico flourides and penetrating agents which are absorbed into the surface layer of the concrete and react with free lime forming a hard synthetic quartz-like material which renders the concrete free from dust. Diamite helps densified the concrete surface, increased abrasion, is resistance to penetration of oils and other liquids and also improved chemical resistance. Diamite is recommended for car park floors, all industrial floors, computer rooms, electrical substations and etc.
