As a major sports venue, Docklands Stadium needs a trouble-free, low maintenance car park. The architects chose to rely on the Cementaid ROKITE impregnation, to seal the car park floors and withstand the wear and tear of such a high use facilityToday, 15 years later, Cementaid ROKITE’s high reflective surface also aids users and any oil leaks are easily removed without penetrating the ROKITE sealed surfaces. Keeping them safe, easily cleaned and dust-free. That’s 15 years of very low maintenance car park floor. Docklands Stadium (also known by its former sponsored names of Colonial Stadium and Telstra Dome, and its current sponsorship name of Etihad Stadium) is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment stadium in the Docklands precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Construction started in October 1997 under the working name, “Victoria Stadium” and was completed in 2000 at a cost of A$460 million.
