Imperial Condo

A high end Condo built near to the Orchard belt at off River Valley Rd. It is a condominium that is built on the highland whereby the ground water table is just moderate. Therefore, even with 2-levels basement, Cementaid confirmed that the Aquapel System as waterproofing system here is still suffice. The Developer was new to us that time, however through Nishimatsu, the Main Contractor’s recommendation, they accepted our proposal based on our long and successful local track record. Also, when the project was about to complete, Developer was convinced to add Cementaid’s Rokite coating onto the carpark to enhance the overall aesthetic environment. The colour chosen was grey and Cementaid was told that the colour coating did help to boost up the overall sales of the project!
