Harcomas Mangga Dua

HARCOMAS MANGGA DUA is a Commercial Building in a busy shopping complex of MANGGA DUA or as most people called the China Town Commercial complex. HARCOMAS MANGGA DUA was developed by PT. Duta Pertiwi, a subsidiary company of SInarmas Group. The Mechanical & Electrical Room, STP, Water Tank are using Cementaid Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredients(HPI) called Everdure CALTITE System. The Basement Slab, Retaining Wall, Podium Deck & Roof Deck were also incorporated with the same Cementaid HPI. The HPI works were completed in 2002 and those HPI structures remained permanently waterproof.
