11 Macdonnell Road

For the development of 11 MacDonnell Road located in the high-density central Mid-Levels, overlooking the Botanical Gardens and unimpeded city views beyond, the small site led the designer to propose a single apartment floor-plan for this luxury tower. The use of high quality finishes, provision of a compact yet fully appointed clubhouse, and landscaped outdoor garden space at the podium created important selling points in such a dense neighborhood. Everdure Caltite System has been specified for the use in the podium slab on 3/F and the water pool structure, for long term reliable waterproofing.
