Ameera Residences Condo

Developed by the Selangor Dredging Bhd, Ameera Residences has two sections, a low rise block (featuring 53 villas) and a 29 storey tower block (featuring 237 condo units including 5 penthouses) located at SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This project’s suspended swimming pool, podium deck and balancing water tanks was cast using Cementaid’s time-proven Everdure Caltite System, Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredient (HPI) for fully waterproof & corrosion-proof structural concrete. Mixed to the concrete mix, Everdure Caltite admixture chemically & physically seals the concrete’s capillary network against absorption of water and dampness transmission is eliminated. In addition, no membranes or other waterproofing barriers are required or used. Therefore, by using Everdure Caltite system concrete which eliminate the time delays and costs typically needed for preparation, application and protection of membranes, it actually created significant cost savings in the project.
