After studied, we have proposed Aquapel System to 1 level basement, e-deck. 3CC System to Suspended swimming pool and deck. Everdure Caltite System to Rood slab. Weldcrete Slurry to planter box, wet kitchen, balcony, bathroom and toilet. Being the first project that we work with MCC Land, we have indicated Cementaid QAQC procedures and site requirement. All site requirements were being closely monitored by Cementaid Service team and to the extend of we even check on each construction joints that we have installed before the 2nd pour and should the waterstop was being disturb during cleaning, Cementaid team would inform the Main Contractor and replace immediately before concreting. For Wet areas, our trained workers would check and ensure all requirements like render and plaster were being installed in order before we proceed with our Welcrete slurry coating. Any non-compliances, our team would inform the Main Contractor immediately. To the stage of roof slab concreting, we have proposed Everdure Caltite System with High slump concrete. The flow was to ensure that when concrete reaching site, the Main Contractor have sufficient time to work on during hot weather. 3 weeks of ponding test was carried out by the Main Contractor and the site was very happy with our Roof slab which has zero defects. Once again Cementaid has delivered another proud project.
