Casafina Condo

Casafina Condo was a joint venture project by DBS and Far East together. It is a condominium project with one and half level basement. When Cementaid approached the Developer, DBS Far East JV recognized that their one and half level basement which is meant for both club-house and carpark may require a very trustworthy waterproofing product. According to the design, the club house is covered with thick carpet and yet the carpark is only treated with liquid form hardener. Finally, Cementaid recommended a combination of 3CC and Caltite for this project. In such case, Caltite is for those part which is meant for club-house whereas 3CC is for the rest of the carpark areas.
