Central Park at Dataran Sunway, PJ

Central Park Dataran Sunway is a commercial complex consists of an integrated indoor sports centre (badminton & futsal courts), food courts, restaurants, retail outlets, and multi-storey covered and open air car park.Cementaid was chosen for this project based on its years of experience in integral waterproofing of concrete structures effectively and permanently. For budgetary reasons, the 3CC System with its ability to make the entire concrete hydrophobic was proposed for the project. The 3CC System is an effective time-proven alternative to membranes or surface treatments which only have a temporary life-span and require periodic replacement or maintenance. This 3CC System will become substantive to the concrete matrix and permanently waterproofed the structure throughout its mass providing a long term performance and maintenance-free reinforced concrete flat roof car park for the owner.
