The first Residential Tower of the Eminence Apartment Jakarta used 3CC in the STP, Sum Pit, Pit Lifts and Water Tank. Basement-2 Slab and Retaining were using Aquapel 10 and AQUAPEL 8 at Basement-1 Retaining Wall. The above structures which were incorporated with CEMENTAID HPI are permanently waterproofed and are still in good conditions.
