Graha Indramas is an Office Building owned by a chemical manufacturing company, PT. Lautan Luas. The Structural Engineer, PT. GIstama Intisemesta is one of Cementaid’s standard clients who had been specifying HPI in their previous prestigious high rise building projects in Indonesia. The Engineer once again specified Everdure Caltite at the STP and 3CC in the Basement Slab, completed in 1998. The CALTITE and 3CC concrete structures are still presently in excellent conditions.
