This is a Residential Development with 2 level basement and a Suspended Swimming Pool. Ce mentaid were called in when MC learnt about the high water table for the basement. We proposed 3CC System to whole project and during the concreting, our Service team has help the MC in diverting the flowing water from ground. During the whole concreting to the basement slab and wall, our team has closely work with MC to ensure Our QA QC was intact. Cubes were send in for Water absorption test and reported to Owner and Engineer. For the Suspended Swimming Pool, it was a tanking system as per request by Architect, using 3CC System plus membrane. Of course, the 3CC has kept the pool completely dry.
