La Vetta

La Vetta is a low-rise residential development with a distinctive living environment in Hong Kong. The project’s sculptural building form and idiosyncratic landscape stands out from conventional development and defines a new genre of contemporary sustainable living environment. The development consists of 68 houses, 90 apartment units, a club house with recreational facilities beside a sunken garden and basement floors for building services and car park. The design concept intends to create a living environment which promotes a sense of place and community within a lush garden setting. The development is envisioned to blend in comfortably to the site’s topographical context, enhance the surrounding streetscape and create a high quality and harmonious living environment for the residents and the surrounding context. Caltite System has been specified for use in the slab, beam and cap of the basement, and also the B1 slab, for long term reliable waterproofing.
