Mall Artha Gading

Mall Artha Gading is a 5 hectares mall located in East Jakarta. The owner’s representative who was involved in a previous HPI project (Oasis Square) specified CEMENTAID HPI for the basement up to roof deck. The owner’s representative was happy with the quality and services provided by CEMENTAID in his previous Oasis Square project. The basement slab including loading dock, STP, GWT, podium deck and roof deck used 3CC System. AQUAPEL System was used at slab and retaining wall of 1 level Car Park basement. The HPI works were completed in 2003 and presently in good condition. During the February 2008 flooding in Jakarta area, Artha Gading Mall basement remained dry and actually used as temporary evacuation area of the nearby flood evacuees.
