Manhattan Hotel is a first class hotel located along the busy street of Jl. Casablanca and inside the Central Business District of Kuninggan, Jakarta. The owner specified the use of Cementaid Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredients(HPI) called AQUAPEL at the roof of the hotel and satisfied with the resulting performance. The HPI roof is presently in good condition.
