MONTEREY is a large residential development located adjacent to the seafront with one two level basements cast with 3CC on basement wall, slab and lift pit with site area more than 27000m2 , also with podium with plantes and swimming pool cast with 3CC and Caltite respectively. The Caltite and 3CC waterproofing concrete system helped the architect to have a very high flexibility on the podium landscape design.
