Residential project by Hong Leong Holdings. Having work with the Main Contractor on the previous project, they approach Cementaid for the Waterproofing proposal on this project. After study through the drawings from the Main Contractor, we proposed Aquapel System to basement slabs and Everdure Caltite System for 150mm thick basement skin wall which is meant for car park usage. 3CC System for 1st storey exposed deck and suspended swimming pools, Everdure Caltite System for the roof slab and open terraces. With our proposal and products on board, the main contractor has again enjoyed great saving on site overheads by having a shorter construction time frame. Also, instead of using the conventional method on constructing basement cavity wall, the basement skin wall cast directly butt against the CBP wall with our Caltite System, maximise the space for the basement and at the same time speed up their basement construction.
