Business centre development by Ho Bee Pte Ltd. Main Contractor has been our regular customer and we were invited to propose on the waterproofing system based on the drawing given by them. After studying the project, we proposed Everdure Caltite System for the basement 3 slab which is in contact with earth and skin wall butted up against the CBP wall. There are many Kingposts which were easily treated with our waterproofing system and the tower crane areas was also simply cast back using our Everdure Caltite System concrete. Main Contractor enjoyed great flexibility in using Cementaid system as the water pressure was very high and to adopt a membrane system was difficult. With Cementaid’s Integral System, it makes their membrane-free waterproofing works more easier and faster.
