Jervois Jade condo

Jervois Jade condo was one of the early batch of condominiums under China Construction South Pacific. This condo is located next to a canal and having two levels of basements. Therefore, the construction of basement was not easy and full of constraints. On top of that, the side of wall which is next to the canal was retained by sheeting piling and the only way to waterproof this stretch of wall is to cast the wall butt to the sheet piling with Cementaid waterproofing additive. This project was also the first project where China Con used Cementaid waterproofing admixture to the suspended swimming pool.
