Condor House is a prestigious 7 storey project with both retail outlets and office space in the heart of London. The project involved the redevelopment of a very sensitive site facing St Paul’s Cathedral. The scheme retained the ornate Victorian façade but replaced redundant office accommodation behind with a new office development, using the Everdure Caltite System concrete in the basement slab and lift pits.
