SKH St. James’ Primary School, St. James’ Settlement and St. James’ Church

The redevelopment project comprises demolition of the former 5-storey primary school, church and welfare centre buildings, which were built in the 1960s, and reconstruction of a 16-storey building which accommodates both the original and extra facilities to cater for the needs for upgrading the school facilities and the increasing demand for the church and social welfare services. The construction with GFA area of 26,300 square meter completed in 2013. Everdure Caltite System has been applied in the footing, the pile cap, basement and screen wall for long-term reliable protection against underground water.
