Emerald Bay Phase 1 It includes 4 Towers and 22 Houses. The huge development by China Evergrande provides 754 residential units. It located at No. 8 Kwun Chui Road, Tuen Mun near to Hong Kong Goldcoast. The site is subject to high water pressure. Caltite system has been specified in the whole tanking system for the basement in slab, cap and wall, as well as for waterproofing for podium slab, ramp for vehicle access, swimming pools and Jacuzzi. The developer and consultants accepted the system for the long-term reliable performance.
