21&23&25 Borrett Road

For the residential development project by Cheung Kong Property located at No. 21 and 23, Borrett Road, Hong Kong, the Works include the construction of concrete frame for five residential towers of 17 to 20 storey high with approximate total construction floor area of 50,000m². The site was formerly a former government civil servants quarters. The land of the prime location for the project was acquired by the developer for over 11 billion HKD in 2011, making it the second-highest deal in Hong Kong history at that time. For the project, Everdure Caltite System has been specified for the waterproofing in basement slab, pile cap and pits for long-term reliable protection.
