133 PORTOFINO is a seafront project by Sino Land in Hong Kin Road, Sai Kung. With a low-density housing design, the project will offer 33 units in three residential buildings and seven houses. The developer specified Caltite System for a whole tanking protection for the one-level basement to cover the pile cap, slab and wall. The design for basement eliminated the use of membrane and cavity wall. Caltite system is used in the swimming pools as well. In general Sino has chosen Caltite system for the long-term reliable and low-maintenance waterproofing protection.
