ALILA VILLA ULUWATU, Bali, Indonesia, more than 80 units of First Class Villas built at the hill-side and cliff-side and over-looking the clear seashore of Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bali. Everdure CALTITE was used as a permanent waterproofing and corrosion resistant to concrete ROOFS of all the Villas. Everdure CALTITE roofs are covered with volcanic rocks and plants in some areas following the Architect’s design. Everdure CALTITE was specified by PT Atelier-6 Struktur, the project Structural Designer. ATELIER-6 had been specifying CALTITE for > 20 years and is happy with HPI’s long term performance. PT BUKIT ULUWATU VILLA (ALILA Group), the owner is satisfied with the result of the first phase and continued using Everdure CALTITE until 2011 and recently approved PT. ATELIER-6 recommendations to specify the same HPI into their next projects such as: 1. ALILA Seminyak, Bali project(on-going) 2. ALILA Bintan (work will start in Q4 2013) The owner also specified HPI in their other project as shown below: 3. ALILA SCBD Jakarta (work may start Q4 2013) 4.
