BEVERLY Park Apartment is a high-end residential development in Surabaya, Indonesia, completed in 1997. The Basement slab & wall, sump pits, underground water tank, STP, ground floor (podium) slab and swimming pool were using 3CC System, one of CEMENTAID Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredients (HPI) PT. Gistama Intisemesta, the structural consultant specified the use of 3CC HPI and approved by the owner. The HPI system in-placed are still in good condition.
