Hysan Development acquired some properties in Yun Ping Road and re-developed it into Lee Garden Two (called Caroline Centre at that time) in the early 1990s. Cementaid Everdure Caltite Waterproofing System, recognized as the most reliable and maintenance-free waterproofing system by the developer, had been specified and used at the 2-basement structure of the commercial development project.
