The commercial project China Overseas Building, is a 30-storey tower located at 139 Hennessy Road in Wan Chai with total GFA of 244,384 sqft. The development by the China Overseas Group was completed in 1991. Some floors are used as head office of the group’s subsidiaries. Caltite System has been specified for use in the 2-level basement, for long term reliable waterproofing.
