The development of Florient Rise includes three tower blocks of about 50 storeies comprising over 500 units over a podium of 7 storey high, with 1 level basement. The private housing estate in Cherry Street, Tai Kok Tsui, was jointly developed by Nan Fung Group and Urban Renewal Authority (URA) and completed in 2009. Caltite System has been specified for the screen wall and slab of the basement and water tanks for long term reliable waterproofing.
