As a 24 Storey Mixed-Use Commercial Complex with shopping arcade, restaurants and offices, H Code is a pioneering leisure development that is designed for flexibility and versatility. It is located at upper Pottinger Stone Street in Central, an area of Hong Kong known for its ultra-high density and compact business nature. To the north is Central, east is Lan Kwai Fong, south looks across to Mid-Levels and down into the courtyards of Tai Kwun and west looks out over Soho. The site is located on the mid-level slope with challenges of geographical complexity. Low capacity foundation had been built in the limited site area. Caltitey System has been used for the one-level basement for long-term reliable waterproofing, and space-saving. No cavity wall has to be constructed. Finishing will be directly applied on the basement wall in Caltite concrete.
