The Hong Kong Science Park, covering an area of 22-hectare, located at the waterfront site of Tai Po, contains 220,000 square meters of office space, spreading among 20 state-of-the-art laboratory. The basement of the Hong Kong Science Park Phase III, used Cementaid Everdure Caltite Waterproofing System to enhance its waterproofing performance and durability performance of the concrete.
