The 28-storey complex with four level basement and sky garden are comprised of three key components: (1) Hotel ICON (2) School of Hotel and Tourism Management Campus (3) University House. Cementaid Caltite and 3CC Systems were chosen to used by the Architect for its waterproof, corrosion proof and durable performance to its 4 levels basement slab and wall, podium and suspended swimming pool at this Hotel ICON.
