A unique mix development by Sun Hung Kai Properties featuring a cutting-edge and tallest commercial building in Hong Kong (118 storey) – International Commercial Centre (ICC), luxury residential development, modern retail and two 6-star hotels in a single location names The Cullinan and Element. This mix development is situated above Kowloon Station on the Airport Express line, an important downtown transportation hub and rail junction. Cementaid was involved in the projects in supplying Everdure CALTITE waterproofing concrete to the 5 levels basement of ICC, watertanks, Ritz Calton Hotel’s swimming pools and roof top of the ICC, as well as the roof top of the Cullinan and W Hotel’ swimming pool at 56/F.
