Another significate redevelopment project of Urban Renewal Council located in East Kowloon Region. It is a commercial centre proposed by government. The Everdue Caltite system has been applied for pile cap, lift pit and sump pit structure as well as the swimming pool and water feature in podium. 3CC system has been used in the screen wall of the project. Caltite and 3CC systems have been adopted by Sino Group for reliable waterproofing and easy construction.
