Mall Taman Palem is huge mall located near Jakarta International Airport. The Owner’s Representative is one of Cementaid Standard Clients, previously was involved at OASIS Square Project which also used HPI in 1996. The owner’s representative and the Engineer specified HPI at the Basement and Podium of Mall Taman Palem which was completed in 2000. The basement and Podium is in good condition. In 2011, the owner used Cementaid 5w (cementitious waterproofing) at roofs of their existing 4 Apartment Buildings(recently purchased) and will use HPI for Swimming Pool in May 2012.
