Menara Dea II is office tower in Jakarta. Developed by PT. Suryamas Centra Perkasa. Aquapel 10 was used in Retaining Wall B2 and Waller Bim and STP, Floor GWT, Floor B3 and Podium. Aquapel 8 in Retaining Wall (B1-B2), Retaining Wall GWT and Ground Floor (Podium). 3CC in Retaining Wall (B3), Retaining Wall GWT, STP, Podium, Stair. HPI works were completed 2008 and presently in perfect condition.
