Ocean Terminal Extension -New Marine Desk Slab of Harbour City

The extension building is the Best Venue to Enjoy Hong Kong Sunset with 270-degree Panorama of Victoria Harbour. The Observatory Deck named “Ocean Terminal Deck” completed in 2017 is then open to the public. It is a new gateway for thousands of international cruise liner passengers, and the extension to the Ocean Terminal in Harbour City building. It is a five-storey complex situated at the end of Ocean Terminal and surrounded by the sea with its prime location extending to the centre of Victoria Harbour. It consists of 2 outdoor event spaces of nearly 6,500 sq. ft., of which one of them is a natural lawn allowing the public to ramble on the grass. There is an outdoor performance venue which will diversify the performance activities of the shopping and dining complex. Everdure Caltite System has been specified by the consultant for protection against sea water and corrosion for sump pit and basement structure of the extension building
