It is a high profile facility strategically located on the main road in Southport, in a designated health precinct. The premise is well presented over seven floors with high quality tenant fitouts. The designers relied on the Cementaid Everdure Caltite System to ensure a maintenance-free, membrane-free concrete construction in the roof, basement and lift pits.
