Palm Spring Condominium comprises of 6 condominium blocks with a total of 2,180 condominium units.The Cementaid Group has been in the forefront for Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredients (HPI) concrete waterproofing solutions through permanent prevention of water absorption and transmission by capillary action which is essential for truly waterproof and durable concrete. For this project, the Developer cum contractor have selected Cementaid’s 3CC System to be used for their single level basement. With non-absorptive, impervious 3CC System concrete, membranes and coatings are eliminated, along with their attendant risks and high installation & ownership costs.
