One of the UOL developments. Kajima being Contractor in this project is very much limited by the working hours in this project. Reason being that this project is located at the down town Orchard, thus traffic is heavy. In order to minimize costly night works and speed up the overall construction progress, Kajima counter proposed Cementaid products to eliminate any and all membrane ‘waterproofing’.
