Developed by Chinachem Group, the project includes the construction of seven residential towers of about 900 flats, from 12 to 40 stories, on three-storey retail podium and recreational facilities and one-storey basement.. The total construction floor area is 112,000m2. Everdure Caltite Waterproofing Concrete System has been adopted by the developer for the waterproofing from basement slab, screen wall, lift pits, water tanks, to swimming pool and water feature of the building.
