Parc Inverness is a low density residential apartment project developed by Chinachem . It consist of 9 towers providing 137 units. The area of units is from 509 to 1,979 square feet. The area of House is from 3,452 to 4,380 square feet. Located on its namesake Inverness Road, a historic residential area of Kowloon Tong, Parc Inverness is surrounded by the lush greenery of Kowloon Tsai Park, Luk Fu Park and Inverness Road Garden. The development is designed to encourage green and sustainable behaviour through elements of extensive soft landscaping and greenery. The design tends to minimise distraction from surrounding areas while maximising the view of the Lion Rock ridgeline. Everdure Caltite System has been applied in the basement screen wall and water tanks for long-term reliable protection of waterproofing.
