Parc Olympia

Parc Olympia, located in the east side of Singapore, is a first in Singapore to come with a new range of sports facilities like running track, golf pitch, skate boarding rink, rock climbing wall, basket ball courts beside the standard facilities. Completion was in 2015. We convinced the developer Koh Brothers to fully utilise our waterproofing additives without any use of membrane to shorten the project timeline and overall costs. In addition, this project is one of several major clients who utilise our Lightweight Mortar System for a major project, which resulted a significant, measurable cost savings for the developer.
