Prima Setapak 2 is a high-rise condominium in Setapak, bordering Gombak. It is developed by United Overseas Australian Limited (UOA Group), and was built on a freehold land. Same as other UOA’s developments, Cementaid’s integral waterproofing system is adopted in this project. The waterproofing system of this condominium project performs like other similar projects has given a total peace of mind to the Developer.
