River-sided low density residential building, located in Ha Ko Po Tsuen, Kam Tin. Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. The project includes 800 flats from 25 towers and 48 flats from numbers of houses, most of the flat is above 1,000 suqare feet. Cementaid Everdure Caltite Waterproofing System was used in all swimming pools.
