This is a very difficult project, a condo location at a very busy junction in Singapore (Siglap Rd / Upper East Coast Rd). A deep basement with many temporary openings due to king posts and pour strips, added the overall difficulties in this project. Eng Lee being an experienced and strong supporter of Cementaid, countered proposed membrane ‘waterproofing’ and used the Cementaid waterproofing system in this project and managed to finish the project in time beautifully. Besides 3CC being used in basement, Caltite is also used in main roof and suspended swimming pool. The performance is satisfactory to every party.
