Sports Centre, Fanling

The project site is located in Area 28A Fanling/Sheung Shui with a total GFA of approximately 7,480 square metres. The project comprised a multi-purpose Main Arena providing 2 basketball courts / volleyball courts or 8 badminton courts with a seating capacity of 1,200 spectators. In addition the facility provides a multi-purpose activity room, table-tennis room, fitness room, dance room, children play room, reading room, indoor running track, outdoor climbing wall, and supporting facilities. Everdure Caltite System has been applied for lift pit, basement and water tank. The use of Caltite was proposed by the main contractor and accepted by the government as alternative solution to replace membrane for saving of time, cost and space, and for long-term reliable protection especially for the basement.
